Terms and Conditions

All dogs must be at least 12 weeks old.
All dogs over the age of 6 months must be neutered.
All dogs must have up to date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of DHLPH and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations.
All dogs must be in good health and free from any conditions that could affect other dogs in our care.
All dogs must be social with other dogs and with people.
Dogs are supervised at all times; however, dogs like to rough and tumble and small nicks and injuries can happen. Woof Doggie Day Care does not accept any responsibility for any injury resulting from time in our care.
The Pet Owner further agrees to pay all costs for any emergency veterinary costs for their pet during the time said pet is in our care.
All dogs must remain on a lead when being brought into Woof Doggie Day Care and when being handed over.
We cannot accept dogs onto the premises before our opening time and we cannot keep them later than our closing time due to insurance reasons.
We would respectfully request that in order to secure your dog’s place in day care, payment should be paid a week in advance.We will transfer your payment provided we receive at least 72 hours notice of cancellation.
Woof Doggie Day Care reserve the right to judge whether or not a dog is suitable for our day care.
Before we can accept a dog for day care, we request that the owner must fill out a day care agreement form and questionnaire. By signing this form, you agree to all of the aforementioned terms and conditions..
